CODE OF BUSINESS CONDUCT

The Code of Business Conduct of MANEST ENERGY consists of the policies relating to the ethical and legal standards of conduct to be followed by employees and agents of the Company in the conduct of its business.

It applies to all employees of MANEST ENERGY SERVICES and all direct and indirect wholly owned subsidiaries of MANEST ENERGY Resources.

The intent of the document is to provide a set of guidelines to assist employees in the conduct of their business and professional activities and when dealing with colleagues, vendors, customers, contractors, government agencies and the public. This serves as a reminder to all our employees that it is very important for us all to uphold the highest standard of integrity and personal conduct in all matters that involve MANEST ENERGY SERVICES.

Employees are to be aware that any breaches to these values shall attract disciplinary action against transgressors and on those who cover up and hide the information against the corporate interest. Reference to the disciplinary action in this code are disciplinary action in accordance with locally applicable policies and law such action may extend to termination of employee in appropriate cases.

In addition to these victims may be subject to legal action in case of any infraction of public law.

We crave the indulgence of all employees upon joining MANEST ENERGY SERVICES and while working and performing our various duties we must comply with this code of conduct.

HEATH SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT

MANEST ENERGY maintain health safety and environment (HSE) as a core value and provides support on HSE matters as they relate to our business activities. Helping define, establish and incorporate HSE responsibilities and accountability through every level creates value for our client/customers. Our vision is aimed at creating an incident-free environment and to conduct business with no adverse environmental impact. HSE SAFETY STATISTICS

MANEST ENERGY safety performance-current quarterly and previous year’s results for safety performance for lost time incident (LTI), Total recordable incident rate (TRIR) and vehicle recordable incident rate (VRIR) are provided. These are national numbers for MANEST ENERGY Company. These rates are based on criteria set by the International organisational standard based occupational safety and health administration (OSHA) and department of transportation (DOT) and used regionally by Manest Energy.

HSE POLICY- CODE OF CONDUCT

This policy establishes and communicate the company’s  policy concerning the protection of the health and safety of the company’s employees and other persons affected by the company business activities and protection of the environment with respect to the company ‘s business activities and operations.

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING/AGREEMENT

MANEST ENERGY has secure agency representation with some foreign OEMs and also secured memorandum of understanding and agreement with some corporate bodies in the Oilfield equipment tools supplies and leasing, technical support and governmental regulatory bodies.

MANEST ENERGY alliance capabilities in executing fast track turnkey hydrocarbon processing projects have been repeatedly demonstrated worldwide. These capabilities used in support of the alliance include process design, detailed engineering, project management, worldwide procurement, fabrication and assembly of process modules, construction, commissioning and operation of process plants.
